A Little About Me, My Work & My Town

I grew up in Commerce, and from the start, I knew this town would always be home. When I became a lawyer, my goal was simple: come back and serve the people who’ve always been part of my story.

That’s why I started McRee Law, —a practice built on trust, clarity, and care. Based in Commerce and serving Northeast Georgia, I help clients with real estate transactions, estate planning, probate, and business formation. These matters can feel heavy, even overwhelming. My job is to guide you through them step by step, keeping you informed, supported, and in control the whole way through.

In my office, you’re never just a case file. You’re a real person with real stakes, and your story matters to me. I’m here to walk with you through whatever comes next—and to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Outside the office, I stay closely connected to this community I care so deeply about. Each summer, I coach the Commerce Tiger Sharks, our local recreation swim team, and during the school year, I serve as the swim coach for both Commerce Middle School and Commerce High School. It’s one of my greatest joys to mentor and cheer on the next generation of student-athletes right here in the place that raised me.
